Emma Watson showed up to promote her upcoming film The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and in doing so snagged herself the dubious title of best dressed. Her Peter Pilotto dress is a playful masterpiece of mixed-colors and textures, her Tom Ford sandals are a lust-worthy luxe touch, and her side swept braid pulls it all together with youthful aplomb.
